Unusual Wedding Gifts
Unusual wedding gifts are a great thing to get someone for their wedding. They will undoubtably get lots of different types of special wedding gifts on the day. Which ones will they remember? They will remember the unusual wedding gifts.
I need to buy my sister a wedding gift and I have been researching unusual wedding gifts for a while. I am still unsure of what to buy.
The unusual wedding gifts that I have been looking at so far include a cuckoo clock. Who has ever had a cuckoo clock for their wedding before? I don’t know anybody.
While searching unusual wedding gifts I did think that perhaps I should be getting something that is more practical. I have been looking at a lot of kitchen things. They don’t have a gift list which doesn’t help but I guess that means more creative wedding gifts.
My girlfriend wants to get them something more traditional. I explain that they already live together so they are likely to have all that they need anyway. Plus I want something that they will remember for years.
How about something personalized? Would that count as one of the unusual wedding gifts? Maybe. But when I see personalized items on the internet they tend to be photo frames or the tend to be glasses. For drinking from, not for wearing!
They seem boring if you ask me. What do you think? I am sure that most people will buy them something like that. They will probably get so much that they won’t use. I think something more on the lines of a big statue for the garden.
In fact the garden centre may be a great place to find some unusual wedding gifts. Perhaps I could get them a pet. What would it like be be given a rabbit on your wedding day!
As everyone always says, “It is the thought that counts”. But even so I do hope she likes what I buy.
